Who we build it for

Eighteen industries, and the specific thing each one is fighting with.

A hospital and a butcher's counter have nothing in common except that generic software fails both of them. We start from the counter, the ward or the classroom.

How it goes

You will know the price before anybody writes code.

A paid two-week discovery produces a prototype and a fixed-price plan. If you walk away at that point, you still own the specification.

  1. 01

    Understand

    Week 1

We sit with the people who will use the thing. Not the org chart — the person doing the job at 4pm on a Friday. Most of what matters comes out in that conversation.

    • Process map
    • Stakeholder interviews
    • Constraints register
  2. 02

    Shape

    Week 2

A clickable prototype and a fixed-price plan, phased so the useful part lands first. You approve the number before anyone writes code.

    • Interactive prototype

    Build

    Weeks 3+

Two-week cycles with something working at the end of each. You see progress continuously rather than receiving a surprise in three months.

    Prove

    Pre-launch

Your team uses it on real data before launch. We fix what they find. Nothing goes live on the strength of our own testing alone.

In their words

What the people using it every day say.

We had been in business for thirty years and could not have told you which cuts made money. Within three months of switching on we found two lines we were selling at a loss. That conversation alone paid for the system.
Michael Harborne Managing Director, Harborne & Sons Butchers & Meat Retail
Every vendor we spoke to wanted to show us their reporting suite. BooleanWorkshop asked to sit in a clinic for a day first. That is why the clinicians actually use it.
Dr Sarah Nkemelu Clinical Director, Northgate Medical Group Hospitals & Healthcare
I was listing cars on four sites by hand. Now I enter it once and it is everywhere before I have finished my coffee. Days in stock is down a third.
James Vialla Owner, Vialla Motors Car Dealerships & Garages
The pass used to have three delivery tablets on it and a chef swearing at them. Now everything arrives on one screen. Friday covers are up twenty-two percent with the same team.
Elena Fitzgerald Head of Operations, The Copper Room Cafés & Restaurants
Our teachers got six hours a week back. Not from a clever feature — just from stopping them entering the same information into three systems.
Robert Adeyemi Chief Operating Officer, St Alden's Academy Trust Schools & Education
They quoted twenty-one days and delivered in nineteen. The site went from four seconds to under a second and our rankings went up, not down. I had been told that was impossible.
Tom Ashworth Founder, Kiln & Bean Cafés & Restaurants
Pricing

One-off or monthly. Both published.

Buy the system outright and own it, or spread it across a care plan. What we do not do is a per-terminal licence you can never escape.

Pay once, own the code. No theme licence, no per-page fee, no platform subscription you cannot leave.

Before you ask

The questions we get on every first call.

Ask us something else
Do we actually own the software you build?

Yes, completely. On every project you receive the source code repository, the database and the deployment documentation. There is no licence to keep paying and nothing technically locked to us. You could move the whole thing to another agency the week after launch.

How much does a system like this cost?

Websites start at £2,400, POS systems at £4,500 and custom platforms at £25,000. Every number on our pricing page is real. For bespoke work we run a paid two-week discovery first, which produces a prototype and a fixed-price plan before anybody commits to a build.

Can everything really be changed from the admin panel?

Yes. Every heading, image, price, service, industry page, navigation item, blog post and SEO tag on this website is stored in the database and edited through the admin panel. What you are reading now was written there, not in code.

How long does a project take?

A business website is 3–5 weeks. A WordPress migration is 21 days, fixed. POS systems run 4–9 weeks depending on hardware. Custom platforms are 3–9 months, delivered in phases so useful parts land early rather than everything arriving at the end.

Do you work with businesses outside the UK?

Yes, though most of our clients are UK-based. We handle multi-currency, multi-language and regional tax rules routinely. For POS work involving hardware and on-site training, distance does affect the quote.

What if we already have a system that half-works?

That is the most common situation we meet. Often the right answer is to integrate rather than replace — connect what works, replace what does not. We will tell you honestly if replacing is not worth it.

Tell us what your business is fighting with.

A 30-minute call, a straight answer and a fixed quote. No sales script, no obligation.
